Partner with Team Red. Your employees get a discount. You get a healthier team.
The partnership is free. Your business promotes Team Red coaching to your employees, and every employee who signs up gets a discounted rate on coaching with Trenton Laskey. You pay nothing. They pay less. And the research below shows what an exercising workforce does for a company.
No fee, no contract, no minimum sign-ups. Cancel any time by email.
An employee rate on monthly coaching, stage prep and one time plans, for as long as they work with you.
Custom training and nutrition, weekly check ins and direct access to the coach. Not an app, not a group chat.
Three steps, and the first one takes five minutes

Tell your employees
Share the link and the flyer with your team: a post in your company chat, an email, a poster in the break room. That promotion is the whole deal on your side.
They apply and name your company
The coaching application asks whether they work for a partnered company. They name you, Trenton confirms, and the discount is applied to their plan.
Employees are coached directly by Trenton. Their health information, check ins and results stay between them and their coach. The company only ever sees what the employee chooses to share.
What an exercising workforce does for a business
These are not Team Red numbers. They come from published studies and government research on employees who train. Sources are listed at the bottom of this section.
Better work on the days they train
In a University of Bristol study, 201 employees rated their own work on days they exercised and days they did not. On exercise days they reported better mood and better performance on time demands, mental and interpersonal demands, and output, and the result held regardless of how hard or how long they trained (Coulson, McKenna and Field, International Journal of Workplace Health Management, 2008).5
A study of 683 workers found that higher physical activity went with better quality of work and overall job performance, and higher fitness went with getting more work done with less extra effort (Pronk et al., Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, 2004).6

These studies report associations in the groups studied. They are shared for information. Nothing on this page is medical advice, and any employee with a health condition should talk to a medical professional before starting a training or nutrition program.

Give your members an event worth talking about
Seminars and hands-on clinics for gyms that want to give members something besides equipment. I run the whole session myself, and your staff does not have to plan any of it.
Five proven topics.
Or build your own.
Be your best athlete & bodybuilder
Training, recovery, nutrition, and mindset habits that separate committed athletes from casual gym-goers. Members leave with changes they can apply the same week.
All membersGetting started with online coaching
What real coaching looks like, who it's for, and how to get results from it, for members who want a coach and trainers who want to build a coaching practice.
Members & trainersPosing clinic
Let me show your members how to pose like real bodybuilders.
Hands-on posing for every member, not just competitors: mandatory poses, transitions, stage presence, and individual feedback. Posing builds mind-muscle control and confidence whether or not a show is on the calendar.

Nutrition for health & bodybuilding
How to eat for both goals: calories, macros, food quality and meal structure, using the same math behind the Team Red calculator. Everyone walks out with their own numbers.
All membersTraining for hypertrophy & health
Training that builds muscle and holds up over years: exercise selection, volume, intensity, progression, and recovery. Programming your members can put to work immediately.
Members & trainersThree steps from inquiry to event day
Send the inquiry
Two minutes: your facility, your members, the topic you're interested in. I respond within 72 hours.
We plan it together
A short call to lock the topic, format, date, and quote. I'll help you promote it so the room is full.
Event day, handled
I show up, run the whole session, stay for every question, and leave your members with something to talk about all week.
Let's put your facility on the calendar
Tell me about your gym and what your members need. You'll hear back within 72 hours with availability and a straightforward quote.
- No commitment: an inquiry is a conversation, not a contract
- Custom topics welcome if the five above don't fit
- Free for a limited time (travel may be quoted based on distance)

What owners usually ask
What does a seminar cost?
Right now, nothing. For a limited time I'm running seminars free of charge. Travel costs may be quoted depending on distance. After the free window closes, pricing depends on format, group size, and travel, and I'm flexible on structure: flat rate, ticketed, or member-appreciation events all work.
How far will you travel?
I'm based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and I'll travel to your facility, and distance isn't a dealbreaker. For longer trips, travel costs may be quoted depending on distance.
What group sizes work best?
Seminars scale to any audience. Posing clinics work best with smaller groups so every competitor gets individual feedback. If you have a big prep community, we can run multiple sessions.
How much lead time do you need?
Two to three weeks is ideal, so your members have time to hear about it. Shorter notice can work, just ask.
What do you need from the facility?
A space for the group and, for posing clinics, mirrors and room to move. I bring everything else.
